After decades rehearsing and performing with fellow actors, I recognized the training found in theatre can be transferred to solving workplace challenges. Whether my clients are hiring me to help improve staff communication or want their employees to become better brand storytellers, Applied Improvisation works!

You can imagine the skills it takes for an improv troupe to work in front of a live audience. They are co-creating, problem-solving and listening while working without a script. Applied Improvisation borrows those same skills learned in an improv troupe and applied it to off-stage applications like consulting, coaching, researching, generating ideas or resetting communication and workplace culture.
